Adam Wolf () is a Colorado native. He received his J.D. from the University of Denver, College of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado. Mr. Wolf practices primarily in the areas of Technology Law, Intellectual Property (trademark/copyright), Business/Corporate Law, and Contract Law. At the University of Denver, Mr. Wolf was a winner of the Nathan Burkan Memorial Copyright Law Writing Competition, sponsored by the American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers, for his article about the copyrightabilty of computer databases. While a Student at the University of Denver, College of Law, Mr. Wolf assisted Mr. John T. Soma with an update of the popular West Publishing casebook: Computer Law: Cases, Comments, Questions and has also completed extensive research on issues including computer security, software development, Internet Law, and Intellectual Property. Mr. Wolf received his B.A. degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, in College Park, Maryland.

Michael Goodman () received his J.D. from Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida and is a licensed Attorney in the States of Colorado and Florida. Mr. Goodman practices primarily in the areas of Business/Corporate Law, and General Contracts. Mr. Goodman also has experience in the areas of Bank Law (as it relates to Consumer Credit), Probate Law, and the Law of Wills. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Goodman has taught several business law courses at Metropolitan State College of Denver. Prior to his legal education, Mr. Goodman received both his B.A. in Psychology and M.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. Upon receiving his M.B.A., Mr. Goodman worked in Orlando, Florida for several years as an Auditor (of both public and private companies) for the internationally recognized Accounting Firm of Price Waterhouse [now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers.
